Insanity: doing the same thing over and over..
Day 45 – 320 days to go!
You have done the research and the marketing and finally made the decision to quit your day job and start your own business. Congratulations, this is a tough decision especially, for most of us, our income is now dependant on our ability to generate sales, handle income vs expenses, find suppliers etc. In the beginning it means hard work, long hours, weekends and overtime. It is so easy to get caught up in running your business that you forget to work on your business
Albert Einstein said: “All conditions and all circumstances in our lives are a result of a certain level of thinking. When you want to change the conditions and the circumstances, we have to change the level of thinking that is responsible for it.”

It was also Einstein who said: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
If we want different results we need to change our thinking, set a destination that we can head towards and some measurable tasks along the way so that we can see if we are on track or off track.
This applies equally to business, to relationships, to creativity, to exercise, to leisure etc.
